Askennonia's Annual Summer Picnic at the Pavilion in Little Lake Park, with entertainment by "The Grumpy Old Guys" (Dr Melnyk, Guy Johnsone, Doug Brodeur & friends)on Wed. June 25 at Noon was fantastic. Over 200 folks attended and enjoyed lunch, prepared by our Tappers, Cloggers and Euchre Group. The Villa Retirement Lodge and The Bayfield House supplied all the drinks and all the ice cream everyone could eat! The Grumpy Old Guys provided the musical entertainment, the Cloggers performed and everyone did a little line dancing as the beautiful afternoon came to a close.
