Chair Yoga introduced in Jan 2012

Lori Moreau is offering the option to do Friday Yoga class from a chair. Yoga is for everyone but this class is designed with boomers and seniors in mind. No pretzel poses or other intimidating exercises, just fundamental yoga that is easy to follow yet can offer a challenge. A chair will be used to assist . You will need to bring a mat.
