Arrive at least 20 minutes early to set up your work area.
Register with a cheque at Askennonia, as space is limited.
Leave your e mail, as Diane will send you detailed information in advance and a good perennial reference book will help you make some choices though many seeds will only be mentioned in an extensive manual

Tues Feb 21 @ 1 pm Many perennials need a period of cold before they germinate. This lazy method lets you sow seeds now and put them outside with no babysitting until spring. Select from over 90 unusual seed offerings. Tues Mar 20 @ 1 pm This second seed starting workshop repeats the opportunities of the first session but will also examine other methods and uses different seed options. You will be taught how to scarify, coffee paper start & the lazy cold stratification methods.  
The seed offerings are very wide with an emphasis on sun loving perennials. In this session over 120  varieties will be available so come with a good reference book to help you choose.

Those who have taken the previous workshop are invited to bring their own domed seed tray with
a dozen cell packs and work more independently starting many more options.
