FREE! Our VON SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) Exercise Class will be led by Cynthia. It's a free 50 minutes of low-impact cardio, stretches and strengthening exercises to improve core strength, balance and flexibility. This is a fairly light exercise session from (or beside) a chair. All members are welcome to attend. This class is at no charge.

If it's your first time, please come 15 minutes early to fill out the VON registration form.
