Steph Morris, our new STEP Fitness Instructor. Starting Mon April 24 @ 1 pm in the Bill Thompson Room!

Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. It enhances general health and fitness by increasing strength and cardiovascular ability. Several popular classic songs are included in the routine for added entertainment.

You will need a yoga mat, and if you have your own step please bring it along.

All members are welcome. Cost $3.50/class using our fitness card (available at reception).
