Mondays at 9:30 with Holly

In the gym


Start with a little Zumba dance, than a mixture of fun exercises and cool you off with feel-good stretches and relaxing tunes.



Fridays at 10:10 am

Community Hall B


This new Tabata-style class will incorporate bursts of high-intensity exercises with periods of rest. It's thought to be an effective tool for cardio and weight management health. Please ensure that your physician would approve of this class before starting a high-intensity program. Please bring a mat and water.



Wednesdays at 9:15 a.m. in Multipurpose Rm with Laura


Enjoy all the benefits of yoga, but from or beside a chair. Great for breathing, balance & flexibility. No mat is required.
