Fridays 11:10 am in the Vi Kennedy Room with Holly

Chair Zumba is a fun, low-impact fitness class that adapts traditional Zumba dance moves for seated participants. It combines Latin-inspired music and choreography with gentle movements to improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and coordination. Perfect for seniors, individuals with mobility challenges, or anyone looking for a seated workout, Chair Zumba keeps the energy high while being easy on the joints. It’s a great way to stay active, enjoy uplifting music, and have fun!!!!!! Please bring water!

Tuesdays and Fridays 9:00 am in Community Hall B with Holly

Drumming Alive! is a unique fitness program that combines rhythmic drumming with cardiovascular exercises. Participants use drumsticks and exercise balls to drum along to music, engaging in a full-body workout. The program typically includes a variety of movements, such as squats, lunges, and core exercises, all while drumming to the beat. This type of workout is designed to be fun and engaging, promoting physical fitness, coordination, and rhythm. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, making it an inclusive and energetic exercise option. 




Mondays & Thursdays 10:30 am in Vi Kennedy Room with Karen

Core Strength is so important as we get older. These muscles, located throughout much of your trunk, are key to supporting your lower back and helping you stand, get out of a chair, bend, lift, and maintain your balance. Regular maintenance and tune-ups of the core muscles are important.


Chair Pilates will help you work these muscle groups without getting on the floor or doing planks! You will sit or stand to do the exercises, sometimes using flex bands or the chair for balance.


All members are welcome. Cost $3.50/class using our fitness card (available at reception).
